If the consumer requests cancellation up to one day before the check-in date, the cancellation will be free of charge. However, if the reservation is not canceled in time, a one-night room charge will be applied.
The consumer acknowledges, accepts, and undertakes that non-refundable reservations will not be canceled, and in such cases, if the consumer requests cancellation, it will not be valid, and the consumer will pay the full contract amount to Ata Group Otelcilik Turizm Gayrimenkul ve Otomotiv Sanayi Limited Şirketi - Rexee Hotel.
If the consumer requests a change in service, this change will be subject to the approval of Rexee Hotel, and if there is a price difference between the previously received service and the newly requested service, the consumer must immediately pay the difference to Rexee Hotel upon acceptance of the change request. However, if the price of the new service is lower than the previous service price, Rexee Hotel will refund the difference to the consumer.
If the consumer or their first-degree relatives have a 10-day habitual occupation hindrance coinciding with the accommodation period, proven by an official report from a fully-equipped state hospital or in case of death, the cancellation request will be accepted. In such cases, except for the costs arising from mandatory taxes, fees, and similar legal obligations, and non-refundable amounts paid to third parties and documented, the amount paid by the consumer will be refunded. In such cases, the report and documents will be submitted before the start of the service. If the consumer does not notify in writing their intention to participate in the accommodation service they missed the start of, Rexee Hotel has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer 24 hours later. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the consumer.
The hotel accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards for payment and reserves the right to temporarily hold a certain amount prior to arrival.
